How do you approach a lender or Trustee of a property that is listed with an Agent and after looking the tax records over find out there is a sale in December on the property? Unfornately the owner only bought the property a year ago it is vacant now but they owe pretty much what they are asking. Is there a way to approach the lender offer to pay less than what is owed and some how get around the agent or just approach the bank and let the Agent selling Know? I see more and more foreclosures and auction’s how do short sales work and what approach do you take and to whom?
