Can you offer any creative ideas on how to fill a 12 month long vacancy in a small (1800 ft) building in a office complex??
We have had nibbles, but no one has committed.
Do you recommend rent reduction (have reduced from $14.00 to $11.00 already) or possibly a period of free rent??
