Want to purchase a piece of land?It is a manufacturing piece that allows pretty much anything except residential uses.(ie: apartments,SFH,MFH).Cant decide on strip mall,warehouse etc.
How do I decide by cost?By return/profit/rent?
Any answers on how to handle this or where to start would be appreciated.
