Carmen, if you’re looking for cash so you can move down to Florida buying and holding in Conneticut is probably not the answer. You probably want to learn how to wholesale properties for quick cash so you can move and then buy and hold in Florida. Feel free to email me if you have any more questions.

Hi, I have the course but don’t understand how to get the money no cash down and where to get that deal from.
I talk to brokers and the first thing they say is how much
income you have and how much down payment.Right at this time I’m not working, so it’s hard to afford anything.i live in CT. but I’m planing to move to Flordia soon as I can get cash.
