I just became a license broker in Calif. I plan to use my license for my own investment purposes. In addition I plan to be able to offer financing or brokering loans. Like many other investors I will be managing my own units. Last but not least I am completing my appraisal courses.
My question is, What is the best way to set up my corporation and what functions(licenses) should operate out of it so not to have any “conflicts”?
