Hi, I sold a MH a few months ago on a contract for title. The people have just recently abandoned the MH and has not made their last payment. It’s been about a month since they have been around. How do I legally take back possession so I can sell it again? The MH is in a park and the people have not paid their lot rent either so I guess as the owner I will be responsible for the lot rent. I live in Florida.
