Paid 62K plus closing costs and title policy. Repairs and holding costs will bring the total to about 80K with an ARV of 95k on the low side.
I went to my first investor’s club meeting last November and started reading creonline in January. I want to thank you guys and the people at the RICH club. You have been a great resource.
Now I have to decide if I want to rent or sale and if I want to assume the VA loan with 11 years left at 9.0% or get a new loan and include the repair costs. I like the idea of having a rental free and clear in 11 years, but this ties up half my cash.
