First off id like to thank everyone here for the advice. After lurking on here for at least 2 years now I have bought and sold my first house/rehab and have purchased a bigger home in a nicer neighborhood . I am so excited and anxious about this deal. The facts:
Me and my wife bought two years ago for $170,000 put 30k into the house. Home was appraised from $260k-$275k after repairs. We paid an attourney who specializes in FSBO a flat fee of 700bucks to co-facilitate the process and sold at $272k. Total after taxes and everything was $60k. My first home at 25yrs/old after renting my entire life and now 60K plus a new home in an up coming nieghborhood with instant equity. As 2pac said it best “I dont care what it did to them, the games been good to me”. Not bragging just a little psyched. Thank you all. I love yall.
