This appears to be for Florida only. You could check to see if the county where the prop. is located has a website. If so, see if they have a “GIS” sight and you can probably check Tax info. for the owner/one who pays the taxes.

I recently found a bunch of vancant properties and looked up there owners on the web by the addresses. So I found the owners name and address. I then searched the clerk of courts database for any lis pendens, mortgages, death certs, and so on. What do I do now? Should I just mail them something? Thank you for any responses. All of your past responses have been very helpful.

I went to the clerk of courts website in my area and they have all the info you want in the public records database. I just used a search engine like mamma.com to find out where it was.
