Singlewide, can get you more details if you are interested. Went to a real estate investors meeting in my county for the first time. Met a guy there who has a friend in MI who wants to sell her singlewide. Says it is in a nice neighborhood, except the problem is that no one will finance her buyers (surprise, surprise). I gave him my card at the beginning of the conversation and when he saw that it read, “We buy, sell and FINANCE used mobile homes”, he told me about his friend really quickly.
