I was looking to buy CS program, but I just want to buy a home for my family. Im not looking to make money buying & selling (at least not yet). We have awful credit & no money is this the best thing for me to buy or is there something else out there I should look into?

If you can afford it buy it. I used the CS course to buy a house for my family.If that is all you want the methods do work.The techniques work if you have bad or no credit. There are alot of real estate investors who renovate and flip properties they will be glad to sell you a house with no down payment using a lease option program (rent to own) yes even with “awful” credit.People with bad credit need houses to you know.
