Different advice you will get from me. Do not spend $30 for Deals on Wheels. You have stumbled onto a website where the participants are mostly deal driven investors in mobile homes. You are interested in other things and that is fine. You may do what you want with your mobile home but believe me someone wants it. Look around in your own park for a handyman truck or someone in there working on a neighbors home. How about allowing one you feel you trust to make repairs and then sell it splitting the proceeds? I have guys like that bugging me contantly as a park owner. Make your own luck.
