Been through all my business cards but haven’t found anyone. Is anyone doing lonnie deals in Idaho?

New to the game but feeling like I,m going to hang in there! I’m in Eastern Idaho. Just moved a free '82 2bed/1bath into a park, first time and I,m learning many things so quick my head is spinning, BUT, I should still make double any money I invest into this and I think that is ‘good enuff’. In the process I am creating what I hope is a great relationship with the PM of this 200 unit park as she wants me now to fill up the other three empty spaces. Time to GOTC!!!

We met several years ago at the Lender’s Workshop. I read plenty of your posts, and you really inspired me to keep with it all. I’m glad to see you back here!
