My mother lives in Winston Salem NC and has a 1977 mobile home she would like to donate to anyone willing to pick it up. It has a working stove, fridge, and oil furnace.

Fema just bought all 30 brand new mobile homes under 36k and all the used mobile homes hear in Kingdom city MO. I guess they are all headed south. You could sell FEMA the Mobile and then donate the profit.
