No lender will probably touch this over 70% LTV (depending on what BAD credit means).

And you put the property up for sale to sell it!!!
Either offere owner carry financing or price it right (low) and get an all cash offer.

  1. Who knows of a lender who would lend money for a Home Equity Loan to someone who has bad credit in the Chicago area?

  2. How can I sell a property that has a large amount of
