You can buy in the name of a corporation and avoid the lien, but not forever. The longer you avoid the lien, however, the better chances of settling it at a discount.

Hello

I have a tile setting business and I work for a transportation company, my problem is I have a personal income tax lien about to be filed againest me for income I made working for the transportation company. I would like to get involved in real estate investing to make some money so I can satisfy the tax debt.Would it be smart
to incorporate the business, and if it is, would I be able
to get credit and invest in the name of the corporation.
