I hold mine as either owned by my S-corporation or in trust with my S-corp as the beneficiary. The insurance matches the name on the deed.

Does anyone here who holds real estate for rental purposes form or register a business/corp. of some sort to protect their own property? I would then assume that if you did you would carry insurance under that name.
