Does anyone know where a person can find listings (on the internet) of properties that are for sale. I would like to check my local market by looking at places other than the newspaper.

search for fixer uppers and try all surrounding cities with lowest price to highest price i.e. 10,000 - 125,000 then scan through the homes that seem interesting to you, some even tell you that the seller is motivated and willing to make a deal…
