Probably, but we all see them anyway, and many very successful REIs do it in big volume.
What laws might it violate?
City or county ordinances, which proliferate, on every conceivable topic, and violation of which is only a small (compared to potential profit that might be produced).
Lots of articles and posts re “bandit signs” so a little study will show the reader what other REIs have done & how they’ve handled the ord. violation issue.
bandit signs on my family members’ properties (front lawn)to generate calls to find deals? My parent’s lives on a very busy street that has traffic all the time, and I wasn’t sure if it’s illegal to advertise a business on residential property…

Oops! Meant to say that a finding of violation of city or county ordinances would result in a fine, and frequently the offender might get a letter demanding cease & desist before a ticket or citation.
I know people who’ve got lots of tickets/citations, but their profits make the cost penny-ante.
