Real Estate is like baseball…
Last night I was at the Baltimore/Seattle game and overheard a person refer to the home team as the Baltimore
“Oreos”, and affirmed that it was because they had balck and white uniforms.
There’s various levels of baseball fans including the ones like about who don’t know the game or know the terminology. Some people don’t know the differenrce between a double play and a double steal.
Well in real estate its the same, there are people who don’t know the difference between an REO and a hole in the ground, or an “Oreo”. Whether its real estate or baseball, you need to know the game, study the game, find out the intricacies of the game, who the players are and for pete’s sake learn the terminology. The more you know the more you’ll enjoy the game and the more profit you’ll make.
