Hi folks,
Just thought I’d share an experience I had today. I signed up a Subject 2 this afternoon. The Seller told me that she saw my ad last September. At that time, she didn’t think about selling her house. Then, 3 weeks ago, she was offered a job in California and MUST sell her house now. She doesn’t want to deal with Realtors, she just wants out of the house because she has to leave by the end of the month.
She saw my ad (again!!) and told me that I must be successful (little does she know that I’m a newbie) to continue running ads and decided to call me. Well, needless to say, we got the deed. I learned something today: Keep Advertising No Matter What!!

That’s inspiring! I started putting out ads/signs in December. I’ve gotten a few calls but no deal YET! I’ve posted a few more signs today around the neighborhood and have slipped my biz cards under windshield whipers of cars parked in the downtown area …
