For future reference…
Kinkos or similar 24-hour copy stops typically have notaries.
I’ve also used a traveling notary as Bill suggested…only cost $30. Cheap in the scheme of things.

good luck

I’v never run into this before but I think that it’s coming up with a seller that needs to move and wants out now. He drives a truck with no off time to speak of, he will be in town tonight after 9pm, just wants to get rid of this house so that he can move. I’ve checked everything out but… my question on the contract for deed it has a place for a notary, I can’t always have one ready and waiting, What now? Is it legal if he signs it and drives away? Help!
This is the perfect L/O house.
Thanks to all.
