Ivan is heading in. He is an hour or two away from hitting the coast right now. It is 10 hours or so from my Park. I have done my best to get all my tenants to leave, but with the storm hitting 3 or 4 am, it worries me that someone is going to try to stick it out. At this point it is out of my hands. Does anyone have experience dealing with post storm insurance issues that I can expect to run into. I tell you, not even 1 year into the business I am getting broken in pretty good.
