Bill Bronchick, has his lease option course for download for $40. I hear it is the same as his lease option course but you dont get the seminar on tapes but enough enough information to do a deal. That you dont get editable forms. I would get Bill Bronchicks e-course first.

Has anybody bought or heard of this guys course? I’m looking for a good solid lease/option course that I won’t have to spend too much money on (at least initially). I know Legrand and Bronchik have one but I’m trying to get the best for my money (who doesn’t, right?)
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
