I heard him speak at the CRE convention and bought his course. I’ve been a landlord for 20 years, concurrent with 15 years in retail sales. I wholly agree with his approach of treating tenants like customers. His materials have given me some fresh approaches on how to handle my rental business.

I do have one experience to share. I entered his weekly contest for the latest version of Leigh Robinson’s definitive book on landlording called, appropriately enough, “Landlording”, and won. I received the book within a couple of weeks.
