I asked the same question about a month ago and I did not receive any responses. I have been involved in construction, and I know quite a bit about the technical and legal aspects of mechanic’s liens in California. If you buy the course, e-mail and let me know how what you think about the investment potential. I have a lot of irons in the fire right now, or I would buy the course myself. Maybe I will later.

I am seriously considering purchasing Joe Kaiser’s Mechanic’s Lien course. Is there anyone who has purchased this course? How is it? Has anyone had any success?
