Is anyone out there familiar with John Burley?
Has anyone heard anything good or bad about hime
or his real estate programs? Do they work?

His specialty is/are “wraps”–wraparound mortgages using investor funds. He basically finds the deals and sets them up using other peoples’ money and then collects half of everything. He is also very good when it comes to financial and tax planning–taxes are his baby.

I’m not familiar with his stuff, but the couple who sat across from me at the Friday nite dinner (Perry?)practically raved about him. They reccommended him highly.
