First, do you even do them? I see A LOT of requests for simulateous close deals. I want to take advantage of this flow of notes if possible. It seems like the level of discount neccessary to make these deals safe for the investor is just too high to be able to satisfy the sellers. maybe they aren’t motivated enough unless they are making a killing anyway because they bought well. Any thoughts?
