I can’t comment much on Jon’s beginning seminar. I haven’t been to it or heard much about it. I reccommend Jon highly and have had nothing but positive feedback about him and his materials.
My understanding is that his basic seminar is extremely basic and focuses on brokering notes. I cover the basics in the videos as well as advanced principles. My focus is on buying notes for your own account and working with private investors. Yet, there is a great deal about the basics and I feel all you would need to get started.
Jon’s seminar would likely have some good information about the different funding sources, their requirements and how to work with them successfully. From that standpoint, I’d say there would be great value there.
