YESSSS, This really works. I just closed on my first house. I got it using the lease option strategy I learned about reading articles on this web sight. I even walked away with $700.00 in my pocket and got one of my last student loans paid off. I love this so much I have been doing my research to start buying 4 - 6 unit buildings for long term investment and eventually early retirement. Thanks for all the good advice and information.
