Julie, the course is worth it. It’s a very good learning experience. If you can find the right property, it works. I encourage you (from one average guy in California) to give it a chance. I’m from California, not Maine, but I don’t think that it makes a difference…there are good potential properties all over the country, rural and metro.
Julie,
I am from Maine and just finished Carlton Sheets course. I am attempting my first offering now. What I got from the course was a nuts and bolts working knowledge of how to go about finding and evaluating properties. I am in the midcoast area but we are still very rural, Having worked all over the state I see an awful lot of under utilized properties that could be rehabbed and resold… yes it is a lot of work but I hope it will be worth it.
Carletons course is only a guide the rest is up to you! Good luck
Like Julie, I too have wondered about Carlton Sheet’s
program. My problem is no money and bad credit do to
medical bills and employment down-sizing.His infomercial leads you to believe anyone can succeed at
this, no matter what the situation. Is there anyone out
there who was able to buy property while being in a
similar situation, or is this wishful thinking?
