It falls to whatever is written in the 2 contracts… The typical way is for the owner to cover verything above $100 (or some amount) and the T/B to cover everything under that amount. SOo you the sandwicher are left out of it (except as a middleman).

In a L/O how is maintenance on the property handled?
Does it fall to the owner or to me because I have it under contract or the T/B?
