A Land Trust might work for you instead. You can have the same benefits, achivbe the same objectives, and possibly even get tons more protection than a Land Contract can provide (one of which is by-passing the Title Co’s rigamarole). E-mail me if I can help. What are the details?

I have recently relocated to Tucson, AZ - am looking to buy something on L/C (Contract For Deed0 but it seems the Title companies here almost don’t recognize it. How come?
They keep saying it is an “old” form of agreement and is hardly ever used here.
