I don’t bother. Mobile homes are their own asset protection - most people aren’t interested in owning them!

I’ve been scouring through the archive for this forum. It seems Land Trusts are the way to go when investing in Real Estate. However, I plan on doing “Lonnie Deals” (buying and selling used mobile homes), would a Land Trust be beneficial for these as well, or are they not needed in these types of deals?
