Depends on what your agreement says. I’d let the seller know that there’s a tenant there and see if they want to deal with the tenant. If not, I’d remove the tenant, assuming that’s what my agreement obligates me to do.

Can somebody help me with the following Question?!?
Our lease option agreement with the seller is about to
come to an end, am I obligated to do anything about the
tennant that I’m leasing the property to, their agree-
ment with me is one month short and the seller does’nt
want to extend our option agreement.
