I have Bill Bronchick’s Lease Option course and it has three videotapes and audiotapes. Well worth the money!!!

Can anyone recommend a good course on lease options - but one without audio tapes. I am sure that the authors on CREOnline are the best, but most of their courses are on tape. I am a visual person and whenever I buy a course on tape, I spend many hours transcribing all the audio and putting it into book form via my word processor. Then I can highlight and scribble notes to my heart’s content. Far better if I could buy the notes in book format right from the start.
