WHAT FORMS ARE USED WHEN PURCHASING A HOME FROM A SELLER ON A LEASE OPTION? WHAT FORMS ARE USED WHEN SELLING TO A TENANT BUYER? HOW DO YOU HANDLE THE CLOSINGS? ARE THEY SIMULTANOUS (DOUBLE CLOSING COSTS) OR DO YOU ACTUALLY TAKE OWNERSHIP?

If you got a fax number i’ll gladly fax you a form to use. As for the closing they can be simultaneous but they don’t have to be.
