Joe I use Ernest Tew’s Net Lease & Option for all my
MH buyers. Works excellent !! My attorney was impressed
in fact I did a three way call with my attorney and
Ernest Tew to answer my attorney’s questions.
Has good tax benefits but the BIGGEST benefit to me is
I DON’T have to be a landlord !!!
It also makes eviction easier in my state…

If you’re asking how to BUY (rather than sell) MHs using lease options, Ernest Tew describes how in his book, How to Get Rich Helping Others, and Jacque in Washington State and Karl Kleiner in Ohio use them to purchase MHs, based on Ernest’s method.
