I have material from Bronchick, Kaiser, and Diamond. As
far as what would be best for a beginner…I would say
Bronchick’s. Not that his information is basic…it is
just the most comprehensive, including contracts and
everything that you will need. The other courses will
ad to your knowledge and understand and are also HIGHLY
recommended.
Dive in… the water is warm.
Can anyone give me direction on finding beginner information for doing L/O. I have a slant I wanted to investigate: I am an architect and do contruction/rehab. work myself. I want to investigate how to capitalize on this and the lease option might be the perfect vehicle. I appreciate any direction as there is a ton of material out there.
