For autopayments check with your Title Company. My company takes care of making payments on most of the properties that I have under L\O. I pay a set-up Fee $100 and $6 a month.

I read somewhere that there was a service that offered autopayments of tenant buyers money to lender to eleviate late payments and in general simplify the monthy payment transaction. Does anyone know who offers this service and how I can find out more about it? Also I had asked some question along with Bill a few days ago regarding lease options and I never had all the questions answered, so I am wondering if there is an archive of topics that I can delve into and look up the answers from previous postings??? I at least need to look up what exactly Bill had been asking about because I felt he brought up some of the same questions that I had and at this time can’t remember what all the questions were.
