I am sure that all these courses have good features ,but it scares me that on a wrap around L/O, you are selling something that you do not have deed to. Spend a few more bucks and buy ABC sub 2. Get the deed and then sell on L/o.

Hello,

I’ve made a decision to pursue LO’s with respect to the buying and selling side of single family homes, and would appreciate recommendations on a good course to pursue. Heard great things about John Schaub. Also, realize Diamond, Bronchick, Brown are out there and potentially all good. If I had to choose the crem alla crem between Schaub, Diamond, Bronchick, Brown, or other guru’s not mentioned, who would you recommend. Thank you so much.
