I have browsed through the “How To” articles and there are many articles regarding lease options. But I am looking for some specific examples using actual numbers to see the benefits a RE Investor can gain through lease optioning when tradtional financing won’t work for buying a property.

As always…Thanks for the great insight!!

Skywalker,

I think what you can do is take the concepts of lease/options and compare the difference in a created sale. In most cases a lease option is a good vehicle to quire and control the property, until you’ve built equity in the property, and allows you to get a property. Your best buys are usually never made with a lease/option, from the stand point of built in profit. The attractive thing a bout a lease/option is that it’s a purchasing vehicle of leverage, and not qualifying for a loan.
