You never rented a house before? Once you do, you ask “if I end up really liking the house, would it be okay if I buy it down the road?”
That’s pretty much all there is to it as far as the big picture goes.
The details, though, are another matter altogether. It involves finding, negotiating and documenting your transaction so you can then have some choices available to you when you decide to move in or flip or lease to someone else.
Details? I’ve got a lease option up on my site from last December . . . it’s in the virtual journal.
