Incorrect…Most subprime lenders have a 12 mos. seasoning requirement, to a lesser extent 6 mos. seasoning, and there are barely a handfull that have no seasoning requirements.

Sir,

My question to you is:

Do you or do you know of any lenders that I can work with that do not have seasoning requirements on there loan programs. especially programs for prospects that have a 580 credit score.

thank you in advance.

Jesse’s statement is untrue. Most of the top BC lenders are all asking for 24 month chains of title and will note close on deals with short term seasoning. Even the one’s that are 12 months or more they order review appraisals on them now. There are a few lenders that we work with that specialize in the short term deals 90 days or more.

Most subprime lenders don’t have seasoning requirements. Start there and also check with different brokers about no seasoning programs.
