Also, just tell them who you are and what you do and the benefits of dealing with you, over say listing then the property with an agent(unless your an agent)and to contact you and see if something could be worked out so you would both win from the transaction.

Fisrt I would like to thank the individuals that responded to my message regarding my deposit. Unfortunately, there has been no resolution yet.
My question is more of an inquiry. I have been driving through neighborhoods and creating a data base of addresses of run down, older homes etc… Can anyone point me to a general letter that would be appropriate for out of area owners, owner occupants and so fourth that will generate some phone calls and dialog?
