Both are great ways to learn about this business. I’ve found that books are great for an overview and quick reference but the courses tend to cover a lot more details. I have Joe Kaiser’s Totally Dominate Your Foreclosure Market course and it really holds your hand through the entire process. The other benefit of purchasing, whether a book or a course, over borrowing, is that you have that reference material available to you when you need it.

Hello everyone;

I was wondering, which one of the following two options
should I take? Option #1 is to do go to my library and
check out some books on buying real estate below market
value. Option #2 is to buy a course on buying real estate
below market value.

A lot of people say that the informatio in the course
that you pay hundreds of dollars for is the same as you see
in a book.
