I have been researching license requirements to do Lonnie deals in Georgia. A check of the DMV and state licensing board site has shown nothing. As license happy as Georgia is I can’t believe they don’t have license requirement for used mobile homes. We have a Used Car Board but their rules are strictly limited to self-propelled vehicles as I read it. Does anyone have any more information?

GA does have license reguired for the sale of mobile homes. to find out stop at any dealer and they will be able to help you
