does anyone have experience with these products? does anyone have any suggestions about data services that a borrower could access like this where the investor can just plug in what hes looking for and a list of providers jumps up and tells you where the money is?

The 2 companies you mentioned are used by mortgage professionals trying to find lenders. Most lenders are wholesale and do not work directly with the public.
What exactly are you neededing? Have you tried Prosper.com?
Finding money is also the job of a good mortgage professional. I know we’ve spoken a few times in the past and I’ve cofirmed several times that there are options available for you. Do you have other needs that we havent addressed?
