I was talking with a relative and he told me about a vacant property that he looked at where the owner was thinking of doing a L/O if the house didn’t sell quickly. I went to look at it and the property is now listed with a broker & the owner moved to the west coast. I haven’t called the broker yet and I think I’m going to send the owner a letter. I tried working with a broker before on a L/O and they shot down every benifit I gave the seller. In this situation the broker was not the reason I found the house. What would a L/O pro do in this situation?
