You have a choice of doing either a partnership return or filing on Schedule E. If the former, you first must obtain a Federal ID# by filing IRS form SS4.

I have a Husband and Wife LLC used to hold title to Real Estate. Do I have to file a separate tax return for the LLC or a form 1065, or Sch C, or simply list the I & E on my Sch E.
